Assessments & Quotes
Initial assessments provided via photos or online enquiry are preliminary and may change following a closer inspection or once work begins. Written quotes are based on the visible condition and information available at the time and are subject to confirmation on site.
Scope of Work
Work is carried out strictly according to the agreed written quote and scope. Any additional work identified once a job is underway will be discussed and agreed with you before proceeding.
Warranty
Warranty terms, where applicable, are set out separately: see our Warranty Information page. We do not guarantee that all leaks will stop, that grout alone waterproofs a shower, or that every job automatically includes a warranty. Eligibility depends on the scope of work and site conditions.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked job.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are confirmed as part of your written quote prior to work commencing.
